If you want a quiet and relaxing weekend or get away from the busy city, head to Bangcogon Resort! The place was spic-and-span and very well-maintained, they have big rooms and cool ambiance. Beach is very clean, you can see the fishes without using goggles! We love the staff, they were very welcoming and they let you feel so at home. They let you feel like their own family ❤️
We love the place because it was quiet, no rowdy crowd and we had the beach all to ourselves. Just like how we picture it when we were on our way. Food was great! We love their pork sisig! We will definitely go back soon! Kudos to the owner and to all staff!

It was very close to the Sumilon Island, it only took us 10 minutes to go there (the boat rental is just beside the property.) At first, you’ll be fooled by the local public resort vibe because when we checked in there were several people taking a bath in public on the premises and we were not sure if it was the place. But behold! The rooms were good but don’t expect a TV because you are there to relax and enjoy the beach. The caretakers of the property are so hospitable and they adhered to our requests. It was run by a family so it gave off a homey vibe. Ate and Kuya was kind enough to help us arrange a tour towards Whaleshark Watching wherein we were the first ones in line and were prioritized because they fell in line for us (their family member went to the ticketing booth on 12 MN). We saw a lot of whalesharks because we were on the first batch to interact with them. They also helped us get a boat to Panglao (because that’s our next itinerary) and even drove us to the port. I already miss them and the island life :((

Perfect for a family getaway!
We love the view!The sound of the waves is very relaxing and keeps your mind at peace. The place made our vacation so stress free and it's a little bit sad that we have to part with it. The staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely the best experience! Located a bit away but in a perfect location with great staff. Super tranquil and the rooms are very clean with cold ac. The food was also so good and there was no need to leave from this tucked away retreat. We arrived at 1am and they had someone ready to greet us and take care of us. Great price and value! I will definitely be back

Bangcogon Fish Sanctuary. A 20-year old preserved sanctuary where its diversity is incomparable. Our rocky beach hides a beautiful swimming therapy among the fishes and corals.
We are a walking distance to Sumilon Island Bluewater Resort that if you plan to book their Day Tour and expenses may get a little too higher, we can suggest to stay in one of our rooms and save! This is a bold suggestion though but practical.
